Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you register for a class, instructional or book ice time. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds unless the class is cancelled by Excellent Ice. An in-facility credit my be issued, pending managers approval, if a doctors note can be provided. We are not responsible for pro-rate, credit, or make up classes due to other commitments.
