Q: Do you provide skate rentals?
A: No, this is skates are not available at the location.
Q: What should I wear for skating lessons?
A: Warm, flexible clothing, gloves, and a CSA approved helmet with a full face mask/shield (mandatory for children). Please avoid scarves or loose accessories for safety.
Q: Can adults take hockey lessons too?
A: 100%! We have adult hockey instruction classes available.

A: We accept major credit cards (American Express is not accepted), debit, and cash payments.
Q: Whatβs your refund or cancellation policy?
A: We understand that plans can change, as a result refunds will be available if needed with an 8% processing fee deducted. Please contact the front desk or refer to your receipt for details.

A: If Excellent Ice cancels a session, weβll provide a makeup date or credit toward a future program.
