Introduction
This program is designed to educate players on all three of their edges – inside, outside and flat.  The course will contain drills which are crucial for young players to build a solid foundation in order to become more efficient skaters.

Intermediate
Program designed for players who are looking to push themselves and build on the foundation of their edgework.  This is a progression from our introductory course and emphasis will be placed on crossovers and stride mechanics. In order to advance to the next program for skatemilll, players will need to demonstrate the ability to perfect the exercises with minimal assistance.

Intermediate / Advanced
Program designed for players who are looking to push themselves and build on the foundation of their edgework.  This is a progression from our introductory & intermediate courses and emphasis will be placed on crossovers, stride & shooting mechanics. In order to advance to the next program for skatemilll, players will need to demonstrate the ability to perfect the exercises with minimal assistance.

Introductory shooting
Instructors will break down shooting technique.  Hand placement, and hand rotation will be some of the focus of this introductory shooting class.  Instructors will go over various methods of shooting –  wrist shots, snap shots, catch and release in stride.

Advanced shooting
Program designed for players who have a strong ability to skate and are looking to improve their ability to shoot in stride with power.  Break down technique as well as educating players on the correct method of shooting.  Players learn how to shoot in stride, shoot with deception, hide their release point, quick release, as well as catch and release in stride while maintaining forward motion.
